Personal project for Guy Fawkes Night, celebrated on November 5. Guy Fawkes attempted to blow up the House of Lords on 5 November 1605. The text 'Remember, remember' is taken from the opening lines of the traditional rhyme... 'Remember, remember the Fifth of November, The Gunpowder Treason and Plot'. Original sketches scanned and imported into Illustrator. Smoothed and coloured and then imported into Photoshop to add texture and effects.
